I’m beyond excited to share a major update with you all—Girl Gone Durham is expanding! We’re officially launching on two new platforms: Instagram and Spotify.

On Instagram, I’m now posting daily content that shows the realities and joys of living abroad. Expect travel tips, day-in-my-life vlogs, editorial Reels, honest reflections and a bit of glamour.

On Spotify, I’ve just dropped Episode 1 of my brand-new podcast: How Living Abroad Changes Your Self-Concept. This episode explores how living in a different country can reshape the way you see yourself.

These new platforms reflect what so many of you have been asking for: more accessible, passive, and conversational content that captures the transformative experience of life overseas. I couldn’t be more excited to reach a wider audience and connect with fellow Americans (and global citizens!) who are ready to step out of their comfort zones.
